“The war in Ukraine is consuming a huge amount of ammunition and depleting allied stockpiles. Ukraine's current ammunition usage rate is many times higher than our current production rate. This puts a strain on our industries of defense. For example, the waiting time for large-caliber ammunition has gone from 12 to 28 months: orders placed today will be delivered only two and a half years later. We must therefore increase production. And invest in our production capacity" .
