The Higher Institute of the Judiciary announced that it will conduct a training course for Sharia arbitrators, in order to qualify and train them, evaluate performance and develop expertise, over several consecutive courses.
The ministry indicated in an announcement it posted on its Facebook page that the first Sharia judge in Damascus will nominate a number of Sharia arbitrators who have practiced Sharia arbitration in the courts, noting that the date of the session will be determined at a later time.
