According to the report's data, at the end of December 2022 the number of new apartments remaining for sale was about 53,542 apartments and the number of months of supply, that is, the number of months that will pass until all the apartments remaining for sale are sold according to the current sales rate, was 20.3 months.



For comparison, in December 2021 there were 47,606 apartments left for sale, and the number of months of supply was 9.8 - more than double the number in December 2022. The

In Tel Aviv itself, the number of transactions dropped by 52% compared to 2021, and is fourth only to Bat Yam (57%), Kiryat Ono (56%) and Harish (53%).



A sharp decrease was also observed in the Haifa district, when sales transactions of 4,410 new apartments were recorded in 2022, a figure that reflects a decrease of 40.3%.



The largest amount of new apartments was sold in the Central District - 10,000, but there was also a 37.6% decrease in sales volumes.

Precisely in the peripheral districts - the North and the South, there were more moderate decreases in transaction volumes of 12.5% ​​and 14.5% respectively.

On the other hand, in the Judea and Samaria region there was a 14% increase in the number of transactions to the number of 1,455.
