The anchor of the network watched a series that dealt with abortions and surrogacy, and was unable to stop the tears • "Seven months do not heal the pain of seven years, I am afraid," she shared

After a historic but charged day in the country, Maayan Adam decided yesterday (Monday) to take a break from the security and political madness, and share with her hundreds of thousands of followers in an open question and answer session and yes.

Among the many questions about the situation in the country and the personal shares from her followers, Adam (35) also uploaded a photo of herself to Story showing her advanced pregnancy.

She informed the surfers that she was going to watch the premiere episode of the series "Third Body" starring Yehuda Levy and Rotem Sela, who deals in surrogacy, and that she knew in advance that it would not be an easy experience for her.

"I knew she would be dangerous to watch for me," she wrote under a tearful photo of herself, then shared with her 284,000 followers on Instagram a response from a surfer who shared with her the complex surrogacy process she was going through.

"But you succeeded, and you are pregnant and will give birth soon, with God's help," the surfer wrote to her.

"It gave me such a punch in the stomach," shared Adam.

"Five years of attempts and we are also already in the surrogacy process, and the experience there so far is not working either," she added sadly, and shared with her the difficult and exhausting process in the journey to parenthood.

The surfer's words touched an exposed sadness in Adam, who, as I recall, experienced turbulent times on her way to becoming a mother, and she was quick to share her feelings with her followers.

"The whole episode I was thinking about you," she wrote.

"The women who fight have to be mothers, and I know it sounds strange, but I still feel like I'm part of this group," she admitted.

"For so many years I longed for a child who never came, it still flows in my blood. It turns out that seven good months do not heal a seven-year-old pain, which becomes part of the identity of every woman who wants to be a mother and fails, for whatever reason," she continued and shared her personal experience.

"I hope that in two months I will say goodbye to this part of my identity, and I wish everyone to say goodbye to it too," she wrote.

To finish, she shared the triggers that the first episode evoked in her.

"Besides, I get scared," she admitted.

"The abortion scene was terrifying. I held my stomach and burst into tears. Beyond the subject that tears the body apart, they were amazing with powerful dialogues in a way that makes it difficult to breathe. Directing and precise acting that makes everything real, and photography that makes you feel as if you are in the room. Wow," she concluded the story.
