This is confirmed by the "Glass Recyclers' Initiative" in a statement.

Smaller or dried residues, such as mustard, jam or drinks, do not hinder the recycling process.

Those who do without rinsing even protect the environment.

Larger residues, on the other hand, should first be disposed of in the drain or in organic or residual waste.
