During a burglary through an allotment garden in Hagen, unknown persons also gained access to a snack bar there.
The police in the North Rhine-Westphalian city said they prepared fries in the deep fryer there.
The officials were called to the club premises on Monday because of burglaries in several arcades.
The unknown would have ransacked several of the houses.
Apparently, they were also able to steal the key to the chip shop of the allotment garden association.
There they stole food and cash from the cash register.
The police were looking for witnesses.
