The Court of Appeal of Naples (Preventive Measures section) accepted the requests formulated by the lawyers Dezio Ferraro and Federico Conte of the MEP Andrea Cozzolino in relation to a probative integration to the verification of the prison structure which in Belgium will have to accept the suspect and sent back the extradition hearing on February 28th.
