Strike against pension reform: traffic disrupted at SNCF, almost normal at RATP this Thursday

One in five TGVs and one in two trains will be canceled on Thursday February 16 due to the social movement against the pension reform.


Fifth day of mobilization against the pension reform Thursday, December 16.

Traffic will be "

disturbed

" on SNCF rails, but much less than during previous strike days.

Four out of five TGVs will run on average, and one out of two TERs.

No night train will run from Wednesday to Thursday, but nearly one in two daytime Intercités will leave.

The RATP provides for “ normal

” traffic

on its metro, bus and tram networks.

Only line B of the RER will be “

slightly disturbed

”, with two out of three trains insured, while traffic will be “

normal

” on line A, the busiest in Europe.
