Balneari, Garavaglia assures: "There is no coverage problem"

The oppositions ask that 'the risks associated with possible EU infringements and greater burdens for the State' be specified (ANSA)


On the standard on seaside resorts "there is no coverage problem".

This was stated by Lega senator Massimo Garavaglia speaking in the Chamber on the issue of the amendment on bathing establishments that entered the milleproroghe and recalling the opinion of the Budget Committee on the amendments presented by the majority and the fact that it is acting on existing legislation.

The oppositions ask that the risks associated with possible European infringements and the associated greater burdens for the State and citizens be specified during the discussion

, that the technical opinion of the Accounting Office be acquired on the point and that the Government reports on the compatibility of the law (on balneari, ed), in the current formulation, with respect to the commitments assumed by the Government in the Pnrr on the part relating to competition".

Thus the oppositions on the Milleproroghe decree in a note signed by the group leaders of Pd, M5s, Iv-Azione, Autonomie and Avs.

"We are facing a government in disarray and a shattered majority, which risk exposing our country to a very serious risk of infringement".

This is the premise of the common note that was signed by the presidents of the various opposition forces, namely Simona Malpezzi (Pd), Barbara Floridia (M5s), Raffaella Paita (Iv-Azione), Julia Unterberger (Autonomie), Peppe De Cristofaro (Avs ).

"During the discussion and the vote in the courtroom on the Milleproroghe decree, the Government requested a suspension - recalls the note - to resolve, as later confirmed by Senator Romeo in the courtroom, certain unexpected and unspecified critical issues on the 'balneari' amendment, already reformulated by the Government, approved in the meeting of the referring commissions and inserted in the text to be submitted to the vote.
