The 18th year of the Darom Adom Festival brings with it, unfortunately, the same traditional dilemmas - how strongly can one recommend traveling in the shadow of fear of (further) security escalation in the area surrounding Gaza, when exactly should those recommendations be published, and how the hell can one control the agenda Israel's slightly crazy, with the calendar giving you only four weekends to maximize antlers.

The best and most effective answer, probably as usual in our places, is to completely ignore all the background noise, get into the car as soon as you have time, and stop trying to engineer another life while all this goodness is waiting so close here.

Therefore, we have collected some small food recommendations, a few necessary coffee stops, delicatessens that have not yet decided on what they want to be when they grow up (and that's a good thing), and also one female empire, which just happens to not bake itself abroad.
