The Israel Film and Television Academy announced today (Wednesday) the finalists for the 2022 Television Awards ceremony.

The military rabbinical choir of "Shishu and Simhu" (here 11) with 17 nominations competes head to head with "The Commander" (with 16 nominations), which was last year's big winner.

The race in the drama category is also close: "Fauda" with 14 nominations, "Tehran", "Manaich" and "Fire Dance" with 12 nominations each, and the list is closed by "Zero Hour", winner of the Cannes Television Festival award, with 10 nominations.
In the division by broadcasters, "Khan 11" leads with 28 nominations, Keshet with 13 nominations, yes with 7 nominations, Network and HOT with 4 each.
The television awards ceremony will take place on Tuesday, March 28 at the Dohl Center for Stage Nationalism in the Hatikva neighborhood in Tel Aviv.
