(ANSA) - MADRID, FEBRUARY 16 - The Spanish Parliament gives the definitive go-ahead for the so-called "trans law" and for a reform of the law on abortion.
The final "yes" came in both cases after a last pass in the Congress of Deputies.
The 'trans' law contemplates the right to free "gender self-determination" for everyone over 16. The abortion reform includes a leave for "disabling" menstruation covered by the state.
