his paternal grandparents, Ramón Dupuy and Silvia Gómez;
the plaintiff attorney, José Mario Aguerrido;
the Public Prosecutor's Office team, made up of Máximo Paulucci, Verónica Ferrero, Marcos Sacco and Walter Martos;
and the advisors for Children and Adolescents, Graciela Massara, and Gabriela Manera.
The defendants are not required to attend the hearing in Santa Rosa and can follow it from the San Luis prison.

A neurosurgeon and the coroner of the Lucio Dupuy case, accused of bribery and fraud
The arrest for sexual abuse of heart surgeon Jorge Rigutto ended in another scandal: he was accused of bribery and fraud, for obtaining "true" certificates to alleviate his pretrial detention.
The accusation was formalized this Wednesday at the Santa Rosa Judicial Center.
Another of the defendants is Juan Carlos Toulousse, the doctor who provided her with certificates and medical history, and who performed the autopsy on Lucio Dupuy.
He is a coroner, with almost 30 years in the judicial system.
Two other doctors, Facundo Farías and Fernando Nadal, and a nurse, Rogelio Williams Tejada, were also accused.
Rigutto has been detained in a case of sexual abuse since March 2022. An ex-partner denounced him and they gave him preventive detention.
The victim's lawyer, José Mario Aguerrido, presented an audio - which was sent to him anonymously - in which Rigutto was negotiating with a hit man to attack another doctor with whom he had a confrontation.
