Stock market: Wall Street closes mixed, DJ +0.37%, Nasdaq -0.61%

(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, FEBRUARY 17 - Wall Street closed in contrast.

   The Dow Jones gains 0.37% to 33,821.55 points, the Nasdaq loses 0.61%% to 111,783.83 points while the S&P 500 drops 0.30% to 4,078.30 points.

    At the end of Wall Street trading the dollar was trading at 134,179 yen, 0.8303 pounds and 0.9246 Swiss francs.

The euro is trading at 1.0694 dollars.

The single currency gains 0.21% against the greenback.
