The expert uploaded a video to TikTok, which has already received millions of views, and explained why perfumes should not be stored in the bathroom, on the windowsill or in an exposed place in the bedroom.
In the video she explains that the temperature changes in the bath and the water vapor will quickly spoil the perfume.
She explained that the windowsill is also not good for holding the perfume for these reasons, and the best place is a cool, dry and dark place.

"I discovered that no one knows how to explain the correct way to store perfume" says the blogger in the video, as she shows a photo of perfumes placed in the bathroom.
"If you looked at this picture and had a negative reaction, you're right. Steam from the shower and temperature changes will spoil the perfume quickly," she said.
She explained: "So now you're saying to yourself okay, I'm going to take the perfumes out of the bathroom and put them on my dresser or on the windowsill. Well, don't do that! Store your perfumes in a dry, dark place. I always recommend your closet or the dresser drawer".
The expert added that there are people who keep the perfumes in the refrigerator, but you don't have to go that far.
"When you store the perfumes correctly they will last you years. Now say this sentence with me: 'Hide them to make them stay,'" she concluded.
