Her version of the Jerusalem chowder, which includes chunks of Ontrib, beans, rice, potatoes, eggs, bread balls and kishka, turned with the help of her daughter Michal and the wonders of the local food tech into a real product, which arrives home in a pot, goes into the oven overnight, and comes out as a happy family meal .

The Italian-Ashkelon restaurant led by Gal Bar and Tal Zohar is celebrating almost two years of activity with a special pasta menu, in collaboration with Mena Strom.



The festival, which will be held for about a month, will include, among other things, Arbiata radiators (tomato sauce, olive oil, garlic, onion, hot pepper, Shatta chili, date cherries, Kalamata olives, green onions and parsley), tomato butter fettuccine and mascarpone, pattoche Cream cheese, mushrooms, truffles and chestnuts, sweet potato ravioli in Parmesan cream and also beet ravioli and caramelized sheep's Camembert.
