One of the main reasons why reality TV sometimes feels a bit "dirty" is the nasty undertones of the producers and the underhanded behavior of the contestants.
But what if everyone involved in a competition is absolutely fair to each other?
If they are extremely ambitious and at the same time just as respectful?

The South Korean Netflix format "Physical: 100", which went online at the end of January, gives you exactly this pleasant feeling.
The show, produced by Jang Ho-gi, is looking for the country's most athletic body.
And it's not just about pure muscle power, but about who really holds out in all disciplines, including endurance and agility.
It is fascinating to see how diverse the backgrounds of the invited participants are.
Some are weight lifters, some are ballet dancers.
