Every day anew the TV programs are drowning in the trash puddle, lighting fires and getting bored.
When Yair Sharkey came out of the closet, he stated that he did not intend to add to the private step he had taken.
The thought that the public longs for more updates, led Amnon Levy on Network 13 to coordinate an interview with the journalist's father, Rabbi Uri Sharki.
The subject: his public support for legal reform.
It started like another political-social discourse, but soon Levy diverted the conversation to the sexual tendencies of Sharkey the son.
The father evaded.
He wished his son "to fully repent and take a wife", but Levy continued to press.

The presenter pulled out quotes against homosexuality that the rabbi had written in the past, asked for explanations and clarifications, and ended by telling the interviewee that now - in light of the father's views - it is understandable how difficult it was for Sharki to come out of the closet.
"He will live a happy life, have children from a woman, and write a book about it," concluded the father with a pained and uncomfortable face.
It was an interview that acted like an accident.
Except for the crackers who received combustible material, no one benefited.
Not the father who revealed his doctrine, not his son whose family wounds were put on display on the competing channel, and not Amnon Levy who admitted that he was debating whether to broadcast, but chose nevertheless to jump headlong into a puddle from which there is no chance of coming out clean.
