was riding his bicycle holding onto one of the railings

Apparently, Arce
was a friend of the truck driver
-a man in his 40s whose identity was not provided-, with whom he had agreed to travel that way while they were driving down Miter de Coquimbito street (in front of the Peñaflor Bodega ) in an east-west direction.
