The defense requested the summoning of the Pakistani interior ministry official who instructed the file to examine the documentation jointly.
The Court has issued the summons order and the hearing has been set for the 23rd. Shabbar is accused in Reggio Emilia together with his wife Nazia Shaeen, a fugitive, his uncle and two cousins of Saman.
