(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 21 - The Senate Chamber approves, with 140 votes in favor and three abstentions, the bill which introduces the crime of nautical homicide and personal injury in the penal code, providing for the same discipline as road homicide.
The provision had already been approved by the Chamber of Palazzo Madama on February 23, 2022, but had remained pending until the end of the legislature, now after the first go-ahead it passes to the Chamber for the definitive ok.
