Static's movie: Zero Class with a lot of effort Israel today

2023-02-21T21:07:32.356Z

Liraz Russo's docu was designed to launch the new Static, with all the necessary means to whiten his image • along the way, he blamed the whole world and his wife (and ex-wife), just to promote a new album

The film about Liraz Russo - Static, for you - had a stated goal: "to invent the new Static".

If you want, to clean up a little his image that was tarnished in the last year, during which he experienced the biggest crisis of his life, as he said.

And what does a musician do in a crisis who has separated from his wife and professional partner?

Gathers all of his closest friends in a luxurious villa for a show of loyalty, during which they will eat snacks, record a new album and take out their eyes.

A Keshet prime-time movie is like neighborhood gold, and Static delivered the goods.

He unrolled a reasoned manifesto of "I blame", and detailed the reasons for the two separations.

Although we have already seen dirt and blackness before, no one prepared us for this mud war.

Static, it turns out, has a stomach full of his ex-boyfriend.

In fact, Static takes full credit for the duo's success.

"I wrote 90 or so percent of the music, but there was an agreement that we share the credits. As a partner, I am ready to give up what supposedly belongs to me," said Bemmur, testifying to fights and "annoyances", and said that Tabori was offended when they labeled him as the least intelligent of them.

As you can understand from the show of loyalty around him, Statik got to keep the team that the two worked with before the split.

It must have helped him pull off a record of a heated fight from 2017, in which the two exploded at each other on the drive back from a concert, until Tabori demanded he pull over in the middle of the main road and abandon.

The yelling and insults continued outside the car, and we will all agree that Ben-El must stop losing control around recording devices.

So why did they break up?

According to Statik, this happened because Ben-El is an impulsive person who rode on his back, had difficulty singing in English and therefore walked around frustrated.

"Not because of the recordings (that Tabori sent to his ex-wife; N.V.), but because something there died," Static clarified, although it is clear that the truth is complex.

And why did he divorce Masratosh?

"It's not what you think," he insisted.

"The fact that I chose to divorce does not mean that I don't love her," he told the camera that accompanied him to the steps of the rabbinate, crying theatrically as he watched their wedding film.

In this issue as well, he provided a well-founded reasoning that clears him.

A month after the wedding, she entered the "big brother" house and left him alone with anxieties, and due to this a distance was created between them.

He initiated the divorce, she cried, "and that's how it ended."

betrayal?

He denied it, and brought his ex-wife to the final scene so that she would rebel against the idolatry he had kidnapped.

But he also knows that it doesn't matter - the public has already decided.

"Happened or not, there is no proof. Rumors without foundation. But at the age of 80 they will still say about me: 'He once had an affair of infidelity'. This is the story I will have to live with."

Many questions hovered over the film.

What happened with Ella Lee, why did the pair split, why did he divorce, why does he dye only half his hair?

All remained unanswered.

"A coin has two sides, the truth has one side," Tabori wrote on Instagram before the broadcast.

And justice.

The documentary designed to launch the new Static painted the singer in the colors of talented, thoughtful, forgiving, innocent, friendly, unfaithful.

All means are kosher to whiten his image.

Along the way, he blamed the whole world - his ex-partner, his ex-wife, the media, the talkbackists - just to promote a new album.

Static wanted to do PR, but in the end he spilled poison in quantities that made him small and vengeful. Zero class with 100% effort.
