Not only music but also words at the event "In their name" which on Friday 24 February, starting at 17, will be held inside the Selinunte Archaeological Park.
Since Wednesday the concert area has been set up, right next to temple E of the Park, with a view also of the Acropolis hill which will be lit up for the occasion.
At the opening of the event,
Franco Nuccio, head of the ANSA regional office, will interview on stage Lieutenant Colonel Andrea Pagliaro,
commander of the Operations Department of the Provincial Carabinieri Command of Trapani, who participated, with colleagues from the ROS,
in the arrest of boss Matteo Messina Money.
On the occasion of the event,
the ANSA exhibition "The Legacy of Falcone and Borsellino" will be set up at the entrance to the Park,
now complete with a page that recounts the capture of the boss.
The event "In their name" was born from a
, originally from Castelvetrano, just after the arrest of Messina Denaro.
"When I heard the news, I was overjoyed - says Sade - and I immediately thought of and proposed to various artists of national and local caliber for an initiative that would focus on the importance of women and men who sacrificed their life to fight the mafias".
