The ecological transition as a response to inflation.
The cost of electricity is exorbitant and businesses are bearing the brunt of the consequences.
To remedy this, VSEs and SMEs must reduce their energy costs and find viable solutions for the sustainability of businesses.
And it is in this sense that La Poste has created the "Baisse les Watts" program to give practical assistance
to companies
to save energy.
Logbook and personalized support, everything is in place for companies to save energy
The "Baisse les Watts" platform supports companies in reducing their energy consumption BaisseLesWatts
The “Baisse les Watts” program is based on personalized support to help businesses reduce their energy costs.
For this, the program relies on a simple and intuitive device: the Energy Logbook.
Free, it allows you to consult Action Sheets to reduce energy-consuming practices, but also to set up eco-gestures or investments to achieve energy savings.
Each Action Sheet is accompanied by an estimate of the estimated energy gain.
To help you use the Energy Logbook, an adviser supports the company by telephone with the aim of defining best practices and setting up a long-term action plan.
The other challenge of the “Baisse les Watts” platform is to offer training courses to raise awareness of the energy challenges of each company's sector.
Thanks to this training, the VSE or SME will be able to identify the different levers to reduce energy consumption and put them in place.
The State helps businesses to fight inflation
Unlike private individuals, companies can benefit from numerous advantages from the State to combat the rise in the cost of energy.
The government has taken emergency measures to help businesses of all sizes overcome this inflation.
Help that comes in two forms:
The immediate reduction in the price of electricity (tariff shield, reduction in taxation on electricity, electricity buffer, fuel discount, etc.);
Aid for large companies in difficulty of up to 150 million euros in certain cases.
But the State also participates, like the
“Baisse les Watts”
program , in helping companies towards the ecological transition.
For this, France provides aid dedicated to energy renovations, or even the ecological bonus to encourage consumers to buy less polluting vehicles.
For a company, there are only advantages to reducing its energy consumption, from a financial but also an ecological point of view, with the added bonus of a
