Postpone the stop to invoice discounts and credit transfers to April 30;
cancel it completely for those who request sismabonus and bonuses for the removal of architectural barriers;
protect low incomes, guaranteeing the two possibilities to those who, with a reference threshold under 15,000 euros, still benefit from the 90% bonus for single-family homes.
These are three of the 5 proposals to amend the Superbonus decree made by Confedilizia.
The association also asks to improve the deduction mechanism and to move the current terms to take advantage of the Superbonus to 110% or 90% at least to 30 June 2024.
