In a video she uploaded to her Instagram account, she revealed the meaning of the name: "I decided this would be the name many years ago, when I was looking for city names. Something to match Paris and London. More importantly, the Phoenix is the creature that burns and then rises from the ashes. I wanted my son to learn that disasters and successes are

Hilton and Raum got married a little over a year ago, and she spoke openly about her desire to become a mother: "We talked about children from the beginning, a few months after we became a couple."
