Green light from Parliament to the milleproroghe decree, the text awaits the signature of the Head of State: a signature that will exist - we are convinced in parliamentary circles - after careful reflection.
In the same circles we recall the tormented go-ahead of the Senate to the provision, last February 15, after a tug of war between the majority and the Executive on the complex of measures concerning the extensions of tenders for seaside resorts.
Measures which, in addition to providing for a general postponement of one year, also contain "sub-extensions" of two years in some particular circumstances.
On this issue - it is still emphasized in circles of the majority - there would have been an exchange of assessments precisely between the Quirinale and the government.
With the unsuccessful intervention of the latter on the coalition in the Senate to find a
an understanding that would reduce the possible risk of impact with respect to the timing of the new tenders set at Community level.
A figure - always reasoned in parliamentary circles - which could convince Colle, after careful reflection, to accompany the signing of the measure with a note that outlines the possible problems that could arise from this legislation.
An issue on which, however, no confirmation has been received from sources at the Quirinale.
