"We have not broken, we have overcome many obstacles and we will win. We will hold to their responsibilities all those who have brought Evil, this war to our land, terror, killings, torture, looting. Russia has chosen the path of assassination, the road of terror and torture, looting – there will be state responsibility for all this terror,” wrote President Volodymyr Zelensky on Telegram.
