(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 25 - Most Italians live with their family in a house they own (about 70%), only 3 out of 10 rent.
And the prices to buy bricks have dropped in recent years (-13%).
The houses are on average large and efficient even if in 2 out of 10 cases the roof leaks.
But at least the toilets are there.
And it is not the Italians in Europe who have the most houses in which to live, on the contrary, the Belpaese is more or less halfway in the ranking of 27 drawn up by Eurostat in 2021. (ANSA).
