Russia blocks oil supplies to Poland via pipeline

(ANSA) - WARSAW, FEBRUARY 25 - The Polish oil giant Pkn Orlen has announced that Russia has stopped supplying oil through the Druzhba pipeline, which according to the latest contract in force covers about 10% of Orlen's needs.

   "Deliveries through the Druzhba pipeline to Poland have been interrupted by the Russian side," the Polish group said in a statement sent to AFP.
