A Belgian tourist drowned in Bariloche while trying
to rescue a ball that had fallen into the cold waters of Lake Nahuel Huap

Apparently, according to the testimony of some witnesses, at one point the ball moved away from the shore due to the wind in the area and the young woman threw herself into the lake with the intention of recovering it.
The woman's partner and other tourists also jumped into the water to try to rescue her, which they did after several minutes.
On the beach they carried out resuscitation maneuvers with the collaboration of volunteer firefighters.
However, when the medical personnel arrived, it was confirmed that the young woman had already died.
The prosecution ordered the transfer of the body to the morgue, to determine the causes of death.

A 53-year-old tourist from Mendoza drowned in a San Luis dam
A leisurely afternoon at the Las Palmeras Dam in San Francisco del Monte de Oro, a town located just over 110 kilometers north of the city of San Luis, ended in the worst way for three Mendoza tourists.

Local media assured that the women were staying in a cabin complex in the area, which belongs to the department of Ayacucho.
