A 31-year-old German died in an accident involving a German coach in Austria.
Among the other 31 inmates there were many injured and several seriously injured, as the Austrian police said.
The cause of the accident is so far unclear.
The 51-year-old bus driver was seriously injured and could not be questioned by the police for the time being.
Tour group on the way to a toboggan trip
The bus left the road in a curve near Schladming in Styria late on Saturday evening and fell down an embankment.
He was traveling from the Passau area in Lower Bavaria in the direction of Schladming.
On board were men who wanted to go tobogganing.
The vehicle crashed in the so-called Schlösselkehre on Rohrmooser Landstraße (L722).
More than 160 rescue workers on site
According to the fire brigade, the bus rolled over several times and fell on the flat roof of a company building built on a slope.
The wreck was initially in an unstable position and had to be secured.
Immediately behind the crashed bus was another bus with firefighters who immediately provided first aid.
Three trapped people had to be freed with hydraulic rescue equipment.
The injured were taken to various hospitals.
The crashed coach was recovered early in the morning with a truck-mounted crane.
The state road was closed for the rescue work.
According to the fire department, more than 160 rescue workers were deployed.
The public prosecutor ordered the wreck to be secured;
an expert is to draw up an expert opinion.
