The Sonovia company will for the first time install the green technology it developed in an industrial production line of a leading Italian jeans manufacturer for high fashion.
The goal - to produce the first ecological jeans, Sonovia reports today (Monday) to the stock exchange.
The decision to install the technology came after several months of examination, during which it was clarified to the jeans manufacturer that the company's technology significantly reduces production costs and environmental pollution, more than 80 percent to be exact.

The manufacturer of the jeans in question is Pure Denim, which operates from Milan and works with the most prestigious fashion and jeans brands.
According to the order, Sonovia will install at the Italian manufacturer a special ultrasonic machine that it developed for indigo dyeing.
The scope of production reflects the sales potential of dyers of approximately 1,600,000 euros per year, with the scope of the transaction in the first phase being 315 thousand euros.
The agreement is a fundamental milestone towards further collaborations and the installation of the company's technology with other large manufacturers in the fashion industry.
