Pines, for the benefit of those who don't follow the 25-year-old network anchor and successful model, usually leads a rather glamorous lifestyle, but even in the glam life there are sometimes less photogenic moments, and in Pines they come as a result of the polycystic ovary syndrome she suffers from.

"The jet lag, the flights, and also, sorry boys," she said with a smile and a wink to the camera to her male followers, "the time in the month," trying to explain why she feels drained of energy and bloated.
"This time of the month, God willing," she continued, and acknowledged the very fact that she had her period, and explained that for those who suffer from the syndrome, this is not a regular matter.

"For those who suffer from polycystic ovaries, menstruation is not a matter of course. I waited two months for it," she openly shared with her hundreds of thousands of followers.
"During this time my body swelled up, my face swelled up, and this is also reflected in my weight," she shared intimate details of her personal struggle.
"On the scale, I weigh much more than I usually do," she said.
She explained that it was the fact that the body was storing fluids, and that she was undergoing a lymphatic massage to treat this.
Later in the story, she changed clothes and switched to speaking in English to reassure her followers abroad that she is not pregnant, and then also presented her stomach in a swollen state. "It hurts like hell," she shared. Questions and concerns about the massage, and explained that they help her with the pain, in preparation for important photographs she has.
Pines shared that she was flooded with responses from women who suffer from the same syndrome and experience the pains she shared, but unfortunately had to end the story with a disgusting statement: "You have to be honest," she wrote.
"The results of the treatment were crazy and immediate, but I ate after that and became bloated again, and excruciating pain again," she sadly concluded.
