The massive blackout in the Buenos Aires neighborhoods and in the suburban areas
did not go unnoticed in Constitución
, the place where the train and subway services meet.
Many people found themselves in the last few minutes with a complex situation: they could not move because public transport was out of service.
One of the first to express his dissatisfaction with this situation was Brian, a young man who uses two means of transport every day: bus and train.
"I got off the bus with a total blackout, although I had been seeing it on Facebook, but I didn't think it was going to catch me now," he says.
"I come from Caseros and I find this and it's a downer. I come here by bus from Caseros, and from here I go home by train. Finding this is a downer because I'm tired," he adds.
Those who are present in the place assure that the light turns on and then goes away again.
There are many train lines that are not working;
instead, the subways have been put back into circulation.
There are many people waiting outside the Constitución station and many others run out to take the bus so as not to waste time.
