(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 02 - Russian forces attacked civilians lined up to receive humanitarian aid in the Beryslav district of the Kherson region.
This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine on Telegram.
Nine people were injured, including a child.
"As a result of the bombings, 9 civilians were injured, including a minor. They are receiving qualified medical assistance.
The definitive number of victims is being clarified", the message continues, adding that civilian infrastructures were damaged in the attack.
"The forces of the Russian Federation, again violating the norms of international humanitarian law, shelled the liberated territory of the Kherson region," the statement read.
"According to preliminary data, the Russian army used drones to attack civilians queuing for humanitarian aid near a school in the Beryslav district.
