(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 02 - A hypothesis under study to allow the transfer of credits relating to 2022 works and not yet transferred to banks or other subjects is to modify the registration mechanism on the Revenue Agency platform, according to what is learns from parliamentary sources.
In fact, the successful transfer of the credit must be reported by 31 March, but the processing times of the files risk leaving many bonuses in limbo.
The solution under consideration by Parliament is to allow the simple presentation of credit to the bank to be communicated to the Revenue Agency.
The opening of the file would therefore be enough to pass the deadline of 31 March.
Based on the initial discussions that took place with the Ministry of the Economy, with the Accounting Office and with the Revenue Agency, it seems that it could be a viable path.
However, it would not be possible to proceed (ANSA).
