The leading "smart" hospitals in the world are the medical centers that operate the most advanced technologies in the provision of medical care and use, among other things, virtual technologies and advanced imaging technology, the latest digital systems, as well as decisions based on artificial intelligence and robotics.
The list of the best hospitals in the world in terms of technology is led by the American hospitals Mayo Clinic, Massachusetts General Hospital, John Hopkins Hospital, Cleveland Clinic and Mount Sinai in New York.
The rating was determined based on over 20,000 recommendations from thousands of medical experts.
The editors of the magazine emphasize that in addition to the recommendations collected, the lists were verified by a global committee of renowned medical experts.
