The email box associated with the workplace of each of us includes, in a rough but fairly average estimate, dozens of daily misses, messages that are labeled as "spam" for no injustice, and above all lots and lots of messages that could easily have been treated differently, and a little better.

It's okay, we're all human, we all don't have enough time, and almost all of us only count 24 hours in a day, and even less when we have to share it, mercifully, with tasks that are not directly related to the day-job.

But not Keith Lee.

He doesn't miss emails.

And how fun it is for him, and the world, to be like that.

Spider-Man in action.

The "Official Food Critic of Tiktok" maintains an account of more than ten million followers (and hundreds of thousands more on parallel social networks), enjoys impressive collaborations with "MrBeast" in his own right, and was recently branded by the Chinese giant as an "Industry Disruptor", but the constant quote His is that "with such great power also comes heavy responsibility."

Or in other words, he knows that Spider-Man would also have responded to the email that fell into his inbox about a month ago.

"An employee of 'Frankensons,' a small family restaurant in Las Vegas, wrote to me and asked if I could come to the place," he said, "because even though the food is very tasty, the customer traffic is thin, and they don't know if they will be able to stand even another month of rent."

He said they approached one of the local food influencers, but that required a $2,600 payment for him to come on the coverage.

"I didn't ask for any payment and I bought the food myself," stressed Lee, "

Lee ordered wings, pizza and garlic rolls, paid $86.73, and shared with his followers the friendly nature of Frank, the owner of the restaurant, who did not know who he was, what made him come here, and certainly not the level of his viral influence - which was manifested, for example, by the fact that he recently caused The Chipotle chain has introduced a Trick-Dip to its regular menu that has caused a justifiable buzz around it.

"These wings, with lemon-pepper sauce, are some of the best I've ever had, easily a 10," he began.

He also praised the small garlic buns (actually, Garlic Knots), raved about the excellent pepperoni pizza and the wings wrapped in peach chutney, and only had reservations about the fries.

So, when it all ended, it all began.

A turn, and a hug.

"This restaurant has been a dream of mine for three decades. Now it's finally coming true"

Lee's video gained 32 million views in less than a week, and provided a dramatic and hysterical lifeline for the business.

"This guy came in. I didn't know who he was, but I was happy to go up to him and talk to him because I like to talk to all my customers," said the owner, "only then did he tell me he was a food critic."

According to him, a successful day of business for the restaurant in the four months of its operation until that visit amounted to about $400 in revenue, "but our phone hasn't stopped ringing since mine got here. I've sold more wings in the last two days than I've sold since we opened, and I've made more garlic rolls than I can remember ", he repeated through tears, "It was simply amazing, this restaurant has been my dream for three decades. Now it's finally coming true."

"I became a meme."

Lee's review led Frankensons to customers from California, Iowa and Utah, and many more from across the United States announced on her Facebook page that they were planning a trip, and a visit of course.

Fittingly, her TikTok page grew from about 2,000 followers to nearly 80,000 within a day.

In fact, this wave of sympathy already created a backlash when a few days later the restaurant posted an apology message on its Facebook page, explaining the long waiting times due to the situation.

"Please remember that overnight we went from a small business with few customers to a sought-after place due to Keith's amazing review," it said.

The visitor himself, by the way, also posted follow-up videos from his other visits to the restaurant, shared documented experiences of his followers there, and was especially moved by the queue he himself created.

"Frank, bro, what's going on here? It's crazy!".
