Final go-ahead

from the Chamber of Deputies to the Ilva law decree.

The text, on which the government had collected yesterday in Deputies, was definitively approved with 144 votes in favor, 103 against and 16 abstentions (the Third Pole and the linguistic minorities).

"So the State is back in the field! With the approval, by a large majority, of the Ilva decree, the conditions for industrial relaunch have been set, now it's up to the company: investments, production, employment".

This is the comment of the

Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso

who adds in a tweet: "Let's not give up. Together we can".

POLITICAL REACTIONS

fake environmentalism of the Conte I government and from that run-up to an alleged "green steel" that does not exist and which, if it did exist, would not be competitive in terms of costs and availability.

Excesses and partisanship that we also reject on the fundamental issue of the penal shield, which we cannot fail to share, and which does not mean the right to pollute but awareness, for the entrepreneurs involved, of being able to operate without fearing warranty notices".

Fabrizio Benzoni, deputy of Azione-Italia Viva

in a declaration of vote for the Ilva decree this morning in the classroom.

"Building the future, safeguarding employment. The government's strategy on the former Ilva is clear and pragmatic. It is necessary to protect production at the same time as activating the necessary procedures to ecologize what represents a strategic pole of the national economy and a pillar of employment in the area. Resorting, as it should be, also to exceptional, but necessary and urgent regulations".

This was declared by Davide Bellomo, deputy of the League

and member of the Justice Commission of the Chamber.

"With the absurd Ex Ilva decree, on which I strongly announce the vote against the 5 Star Movement, the government is legitimizing the freedom to pollute with impunity and to put the lives of the citizens of Taranto at risk".

Thus Leonardo Donno, deputy and regional coordinator of M5S Puglia

, during the explanation of vote in the Chamber in the Chamber.

"Pd and M5s for intellectual honesty should explain that they are voting against the decree which allocates up to 1 billion euros to inject liquidity into a company that, otherwise, would be doomed to bankruptcy. They should explain to workers and businesses that without this measure their certain future is unemployment and that of their families and their children is despair.

With the decree that we are preparing to approve, Acciaierie d'Italia can receive the first 680 million euros essential to allow the company to have the necessary liquidity to meet the high energy cost and the payment of related companies.

The decree then introduces another important aspect, represented by placing a limit on the remuneration of extraordinary directors also conditioned by the results achieved.

With regard to the art.

7 (criminal liability) we have heard everything, up to the legal idiocy of being accused of having restored the "right to kill".

Also in this case we are faced with vile exploitations that have nothing to do with the spirit and the provisions of the law.
