(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 02 - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky described the night attack by the Russian army in Zaporizhzhia as an 'act of terror' on Telegram.
"This terrorist state (Russia) wants to turn every day into a day of terror for the Ukrainian people. But evil will not prevail in our land. We will drive out all the occupiers and they will have to answer for everything," Zelensky added on Telegram, explaining that the operations of rescue continue.
Meanwhile, the toll from the Russian missile attack on the ten-apartment block in Zaporizhzhia, in southern Ukraine, has risen to three civilian deaths.
The local media wrote it, explaining that six injured people were taken to the hospital.
According to the rescuers there are still people trapped under the rubble, the building has been almost completely destroyed.
"Following the impact, more than 10 apartments from the second to fifth floors were destroyed. Nearby houses were damaged by the debris and the blast wave," police said.
