(ANSA) - PADUA - Even in the world of haute cuisine, companies are looking to increase corporate welfare with supplementary agreements.

So did the Alajmo group, which with the supplementary contract signed today introduced regulatory and salary improvements in favor of employees.

The innovations above all concern the planning of company bonuses for the performance and positive team behavior of employees (with gross awards of up to 3,000 euros per person), the recognition of welfare services, replacing both total and partial the company bonus, with the possibility of increasing the latter up to 30% of the economic value, investments in employee information/training activities, an increase in annual days of sick leave for children, as well as the maximum age limits for each of the children who entitles you to this benefit.

The CEO of the group, Raffaele Alajmo, said he was "extremely proud of the result achieved" after the long discussion between the parties.

"We believe that the signing of the integration is an important signal for the restaurant world - added Massimiliano Alajmo - thanks to the introduction in favor of our employees of new regulatory and remuneration tools for our sector, based on two concepts that are always at the heart of our company: involvement and recognition".
