(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 03 - The military command of Kharkiv, in eastern Ukraine, has urged families and people "with reduced mobility" to leave Kupiansk due to the "constant" shelling by Russian forces who are trying to recapture the city liberated 5 months ago.
The BBC brings it back.
Kupiansk is considered by the Kremlin's military to be an important supply hub.
The military administration said the evacuation order was due to the "unstable security situation" caused by the Russian shelling of the city and its surroundings.
The military said there are 812 children and over 724 disabled people in the city.
