(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, MARCH 03 - The Court of Appeal of the Brussels court has decided to keep MEP Marc Tarabella in prison again, in preventive detention since February 10 in the Qatargate context.
This was illegally reported by the Belgian politician, Maxim Toeller, indicating that a new review of his pre-trial detention should be held by the end of March.
"To bring him closer to his family - adds the defender -, despite his unjust imprisonment, we have obtained that he will be transferred shortly" from the Brussels prison of Saint-Gilles "to a prison closer to his family", probably "in the Wallonia area ".
