Fashion trends can be the most ridiculous things humans have invented, even when it comes to swimwear.

But every now and then a trend comes along that hits the mark.

This new bikini trend is one of those rare finds of fashion trends that gets the point across - to create a buzz without being really practical.

It became popular on social media, and thanks to influencer/model Gabrielle Epstein, it reached a wider audience.

Australian OnlyFans model and influencer Gabriella Epstein, 29, gave her 3 million Instagram followers an envy-inducing glimpse of her new barely-there bikini top.

The New York Post called it "Circumboob" (around the boobs) and the Guardian defined it as "what happens when you wear something that manages to show almost everything but the nipple."

The green swimsuit has three parts: a bottom, a strap around the waist and a top that covers very little of her chest.

Since her hair is wet in the photo, it can be assumed that the model is hinting that the swimsuit is not only fashionable - but also functional.

"Of course, on a perfect body like yours, it will look good," wrote one in the comments and another added: "Okay, what the hell?! You're not real."

"Stunning", concluded one and another added: "Hot body".

Once she had a few photos she was happy with, she revealed the photos to her half a million followers.

The extreme trend even drew an angry opinion column in the "Guardian" in which the writer Arva Madavi declared: "We have reached peak cleavage. Over the years I have diligently kept up to date with ridiculous cleavage trends - and it's harder than it sounds, let me tell you, because there was no end to them. The chest The feminine is exposed from the side, from above, from below and in every possible direction. Now there is a new and important development in the cleavage wars. According to the New York Post, 2023 is the year of the "CIRCUMBOOB" - that is when you wear something that manages to show almost everything but the nipple. The general chaos of the year has flown For fashion trends and now "side tit, inner tit and bottom tit" have converged into one trend. I'll put money on it: the circumboob is here to stay and in fact, I'm predicting it now: it's going to be Oxford's word of the year for 2023."

Epstein even wants to be a psychologist

This is not the first time that Gabriela Epstein models for her fans in shockingly sexy lingerie.

She graced the cover of Playboy in 2021 and her Instagram, Twitter and Tiktok pages are flooded with a selection of photos and videos of her modeling in swimwear and lingerie all over the world.

Being a model may seem like an easy job to some of you, but Epstein has insisted in the past that there is much more than meets the eye.

"People think I sit all day, take pictures and go to the beach, but that couldn't be further from the truth. It's really hard work," she said in 2017.

Besides, Gabriela Epstein is aware that modeling work will not last forever.

According to reports, she received a scholarship to study biomedical sciences at Bond University in Australia - and even mentioned that she wants to practice psychology one day.

"Maybe I'll even go back to school because I'm very interested in psychology," she said, "you have to have plans, because modeling isn't for life."
