The Russian internal security services (FSB) have released a video showing the consequences of what the Moscow authorities denounced as an infiltration yesterday of "saboteurs" from Ukraine in the Bryansk region, which according to President Vladimir Putin carried out "a terrorist attack".

Among other things, the images show two Lada cars riddled with bullets with the lifeless bodies of the two drivers.

Both wear civilian clothes.

The same video shows German-made booby traps attached to a tree.

According to the Russian authorities, two men were killed in the raid, while an 11-year-old boy who was in one of the two cars was injured.

"The assassinations that took place yesterday in the Russian region of Bryansk were committed with NATO weapons" and therefore it is legitimate to ask whether the member countries of the Alliance are "accomplices in these crimes and sponsors of terrorism", reads today in a statement the ministry of Foreign of Moscow.

"This crime will not go unpunished," the statement added.

For his part, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, quoted by Tass, said Russia "will take measures" to prevent Ukrainian incursions into its territory.

adding that no decision has been taken to introduce martial law in some regions due to the attack by Ukrainian saboteurs on the Bryansk region.

"This is a prerogative of the Russian president. For now, no decision has been taken," Peskov said, commenting on Chechnya's leader Ramzan Kadyrov's proposal to introduce martial law in some regions of the country with the maximum level of response, instead of the average one currently in force.

Ukrainian presidential adviser Mykhailo Podolyak reiterated today that Kiev bears no responsibility for drone strikes in Russia or for attacks like

yesterday's in Bryansk, stating that "all these are direct consequences of Russia's loss of internal control, consequences of the war" .

“Ukraine is not involved in internal conflicts in Russia,” Podolyak adds in a tweet.
