(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 03 - Anticipation is growing in Portovesme, an industrial site in the Sulcis Iglesiente area, for today's meeting at 10 by videoconference with the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy, which will also be attended by companies, trade unions and the Sardinia Region, to find a solution to the price of energy.
Meanwhile, at an altitude of 100 metres, the third night has passed for the four workers who have been holed up on the chimney of the KSS plant of Portovesme srl since Tuesday morning, to protest against the shutdown of the plants following high energy costs.
A night spent between anxieties and expectations.
The meeting, in fact, represents a watershed for the energy dispute that the workers of Portovesme srl have been carrying on for more than 18 months.
"From today's meeting - the four workers told ANSA - we expect the conditions to be set so that the plant can restart and all the workers return to service".
