, who participated in the first season of "Wedding at First Look", revealed on her Instagram account that a few weeks ago she was diagnosed with depression and explained about the disease and the complex days she is going through.
"This is perhaps the most revealing post I've made and I'll start from the end: I was diagnosed with depression. I know it doesn't go well with my joy of life and my optimism. Depression is not necessarily being sad, it's a disease that affects both physically and emotionally. There are many symptoms for the disease and it is very important to diagnose, treat and help with the right professionals who will cover you.
I debated a lot whether to share or not. Finally I listened to myself, the value I have followed since my first follower. I am loyal to authenticity and stick to reflecting reality as it is. The pleasant and the less pleasant. The photogenic and the one that is not I have close to 70 thousand women and men here who have been walking with me for over five years because of the same honesty,
the same simple truth.
The same normalization of reality which, unfortunately, is no longer so rare.
So true, Adar came in and I'm not so happy.
But I am aware, caring and confident that this is another wave in my life's journey that will pass exactly as it came.
And now I will take a breath and go under the surface of the water until the wave passes and I can come out and breathe freely."
