Two strong contestants in the tough reality show "Survival", Maya Kay and Casey Zepta, took time yesterday (Saturday) to answer surfers' questions, and addressed the preoccupation with their body weight, each from their own angle, on their Instagram accounts.
"I really want to go to the beach and wear a bikini, but I'm ashamed to be laughed at because my friends are thinner than me. What do we do?", one of the surfers asked Casey, who chose to answer against the background of a photo of a pink bikini.
"It's all in your head and it's all in your attitude," Zapata concluded.
"Real friends don't judge you on your body. I used to have this fear, but no one cares!", she stated.

"We are not the object of occupation of every person we meet. Be sure that a person who is so resentful as to put another person down is purely a view of his inner self, and of his insecurity, and not yours," she emphasized.
"Let go. Don't waste precious time, when you can enjoy it," she advised.
The model Maya Kay also commented on the question that dealt with the issue of weight.
"Did you become underweight in 'Survival'? Were you hospitalized? How did you manage with the food when you returned to Israel?", they asked about personal details.
"Yes, I just couldn't stabilize myself and I didn't even eat rice. My body was in a constant vomiting reflex," she described the difficult situation.
"I just got to the point where once after a mission, I was sure my appendix was going to burst, but I was fine. I just needed supervision, that's all," she repeated.
"I started eating rice forcefully, because my body simply didn't balance. After a few days I was back to my senses," she added.
"When I returned (from the island) my mother's food was waiting for me, so the color returned to my face," she concluded.
