That's how it's done:
You only need a few ingredients:
Tsatsiki cream:
4 tbsp crème fraîche
2 tbsp dill, chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
Gyros Patty:
500 g minced pork
2 tsp gyros seasoning
1 tsp salt
Aside from that:
4 brioche buns
200 g feta, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
dill
The preparation is simple:
For the tsatsiki cream:
mix together the crème fraîche, dill and garlic.
Season with salt and pepper.
For the gyros patties:
Knead the minced meat, gyros seasoning and salt well with your hands and shape into 4 patties of the same size.
Fry the patties in a coated pan without oil for about 5 minutes on both sides.
Toast the brioche buns according to package instructions.
Spread the tzatziki cream on the bun halves.
Top with gyros patty, feta, tomato and dill and fold up.
